To begin with, I loved my experience with this dealership. I did not research them and I just called to check if they matched the vehicles from their online website. Their sales representative team Daniel Woo, Ali Moshtari, and Daniel Dean were very professional and supportive in making my decision. after an hour, I decided to get a car from them because it was a very smooth and easy process. Moreover, they made sure I understood the vehicle technology greatly with an explanation and set an appointment through the service team to install the roof rack. I also appreciate that Mariela was an amazing service department employee who made sure my car was good with an installation. This is my fourth time buying a car in my life and this dealership was the best experience to purchase a car. I highly recommend to you guys to give it a try. What really stood out during the car buying process was my sales representative Daniel Woo. Mr. Woo was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding every aspect of the car buying process. Mr. Woo also arranged to have my GV80 delivered personally to my home. Excellent service!!! If anyone is interested in buying any Genesis product, I highly recommend Genesis of Cerritos. More
