No hassle recall I had to bring my vehicle in for 2 recalls. I didn't mind waiting in the wait room as I was able to get my work done - and one with my day. Always a pleasure I've brought my car in about 3 or 4 times for service since I bought it in 2014 and I have had nothing but great experiences! Vehicle service ok, other service disappointing. I have no complaints about the service to my vehicle. I do have a complaint about me making an appointment well in advance in which I did request a lo I have no complaints about the service to my vehicle. I do have a complaint about me making an appointment well in advance in which I did request a loner vehicle when I arrived. Upon arrival no vehicle was available and I was informed that enterprise car rental would pick me up and take me to their rental site about a 10 minute drive away. Upon arrival at enterprise they only had one vehicle available, Ford Focus. Why did I bother asking for a loner well in advance of my appointment and had to be inconvienced with theEnterprise rental, which required a 250.00 deposit. In addition I was suppose to have the car washed by world jeep, the vehicle was dirty when I picked it up, all they did was run a hose over the vehicle which caused dirty streaks down the windows and car. Never again will I have world jeep wash my car. Disappointed with the service to me, not the vehicle. More

Great Crew I've been to numerous Jeep dealers and this is, by far, the best one yet. As a senior quality assurance professional, I can report that, unlike my experience at competing centers, I am always greeted by a smiling face and a friendly greeting (if only to say: "I'm working with someone, but I'll be with you shortly."). At each of our area's other dealerships, I have stood and waited without so much as preliminary recognition...a violation of customer service 101. The others also seem to actively dislike anyone who crosses their threshold without an appointment...vehicle failure is not always predictable. In addition, you have Daniela Ferreira...smart, responsive and always smiling. She listens with an interest in actually understanding the customer's vehicle problem and, appointment or not, she speeds vehicle repair and leaves the customer with the sense that they have an ally who will make sure their vehicle is repaired efficiently and effectively, That's been my experience and she receives my highest commendation!! My vehicles are always fixed the first time and, while no one likes the price of repairs, I'll be back for service to my passenger car, as well as the big RAM truck.
