Fixed after a number of tries After a brake job, vehicle developed an annoying rubbing sound that took three trips to service to fix the problem. Service staff was very helpful After experiencing the same issue with my Chrysler 200 (which was shutting off on me while I was driving) I called to schedule an appt. I spoke with M After experiencing the same issue with my Chrysler 200 (which was shutting off on me while I was driving) I called to schedule an appt. I spoke with Maggie who was patient with me even though I was irate. As she could not help me with a loaner vehicle she asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. She took down my contact information and called me back about 10 minutes later offering me to drop my vehicle off that day (3:30pm) and pick up a loaner. I spoke with Daniella at the service center when I got there and she was helpful. Took my keys, gave me keys to the loaner and I was on my way. The next day I got a call saying the issue was resolved, I can pick up my car and drop the loaner off. Oh and my car was given a wash and fluids topped off. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you.
