Bought 2018 Nissan Rogue 12/20/2021. Wasn’t thrilled with them but my son loved his car. Less than 1 year later he was in a 4 car accident and thankfully he was not injured. November 22, 2022 purchased preowned 2019 Nissan Rogue. They used every manipulative and unethical tactics that I succumbed to. I admit it is partially my fault but they work you and get you to the point of exhaustion until you finally go in to sign documents. 2nd car purchased within a year with them. You would think they would give you a deal. NOT A CHANCE. I explained my husband had committed suicide and I was financially destitute. They still used every maneuver they could. The heat shield just rusted off his car and it’s been 2 days of insane responses from them. I need to know if he’s safe driving back to college!! They are asking if I want to trade car in??? And they told me he’s due for oil change??? xxx!! Angry, upset and frustrated don’t begin to explain how I feel. I’m done with them and I’m now researching who I can contact within Nissan Corporation, which will probably get me nowhere, and anyone anywhere to explain the horrible experience I am experiencing with them. More

Avoid this place like the plague. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. I walked around the lot for an hour and sat at the salesman's desk for another hour. I asked the manager what the price was for a car in the showroom and he said "Why does that matter? Knowing the price won't help you".... Then the manager told me to test drive the car and I refused until I knew the price of the vehicle I was interested in. The next statement he made was classic. After he told me to test drive the car and I refused he said "Sir you really don't want to buy a car tonight if you don't want to test drive the car. You don't buy shoes unless you try them on don't you???'' I understand I am dealing with car dealers and most of their morals aren't proper but this can not be your sales pitch. This all happened in front of his peers, the secretary, and the other sales personnel. Honestly, is asking the price of the car not a good question? Anyway, I will not buy a Nissan due to the amount of disrespect these people have towards their customers. Stay away from this dealership at all cost. More

Went there to finalize my end of lease purchase. they refuse to give me a loan unless an extended warranty was purchased and all the time trying to pressure me into leasing another vehicle. Well after 3 hours and them holding my keys to avoid my just walking out. I end up finalizing the deal at a different location. Never ever doing business with them again More

If they had a negative star rating I would have picked that. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. My car was delivered with a broken windshield. I was told to bring it back a day that. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. My car was delivered with a broken windshield. I was told to bring it back a day later and they still couldn’t replace it because it was out of stock. Made the mistake of trusting them but wouldn’t by a bicycle from them in the future. Ride the bus before you buy a car from this dealership. More

Bayshore Nissan is by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Sales department terrible. Service department terrible. Justin over at 112 Nissan was far more helpful than all Bayshore put together. Wi dealt with. Sales department terrible. Service department terrible. Justin over at 112 Nissan was far more helpful than all Bayshore put together. Will gladly travel the extra mile back to 112. If you have any problem at Bayshore file a complaint with DMV like I did. They will investigate. Hopefully if enough people file complaints they will loose their license to retail and that's that. As a side note... Car we purchased is pretty decent. Thank God. More

I am in fact another customer that wishes I can rate 0 starts. This is my experience with their disaster of a service department. For starters, Prepare to spend HOURS here; whether it’s an oil change, ins starts. This is my experience with their disaster of a service department. For starters, Prepare to spend HOURS here; whether it’s an oil change, inspection, etc. What’s the point of having an appointment if you have to spend hours here for something that should take 30 minutes. You’re told “any minute now” for hours. (I once spent 3 hours here for a scheduled oil change- yea you read that correctly) On another occasion, I made an apt for a service & inspection. They did the inspection before servicing my car- obviously resulting in a failed inspection and they tried to make me pay for it twice! Wouldn’t any good/respectable mechanic service your vehicle before the inspection? Not here. I lease a 2019 and came here for an oil change and they tried suckering me into paying for new tires, brakes, and filters (I’ve had the car for a little over a year really!?) Also came here with my tires aligned perfectly and left with them off and they tried to charge me for the alignment adjustment that they caused by rotating my tires! (I did see tons of reviews saying they scam you into paying for unnecessary services/ hidden fees). If they ask, say NO to their $180 alignment that they don’t tell you the price of until after it’s completed. Note- they charge you $500 if you don’t lease with them again (in the fine print). If you’re bored and enjoy spending the entirety of your day in a dealership, this place is for you! Also heard the service manager Joe call multiple female employees a b**** which was very unprofessional and distasteful to say in front on customers especially for a manager. Worst experience with a service/ dealer I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs. More

I was threatened with physical harm by a salesman because I didn't want to wait 48 hours for a trade in estimate for my Nissan Maxima. The used car manager was present when this happened and did nothing abo I didn't want to wait 48 hours for a trade in estimate for my Nissan Maxima. The used car manager was present when this happened and did nothing about it. I reported the incident to Business Manager Daniela Tabera. I explained the situation and asked her to check the surveillance cameras and the used car manager to verify my claim. Over 3 weeks since the complaint and she is now not replying to my email or phone calls. I guess this is how they treat trade in customers! I recommend that you use a different dealership if you are trading in a car!!! More
