Bought 2018 Nissan Rogue 12/20/2021. Wasn’t thrilled with them but my son loved his car. Less than 1 year later he was in a 4 car accident and thankfully he was not injured. November 22, 2022 purchased preowned 2019 Nissan Rogue. They used every manipulative and unethical tactics that I succumbed to. I admit it is partially my fault but they work you and get you to the point of exhaustion until you finally go in to sign documents. 2nd car purchased within a year with them. You would think they would give you a deal. NOT A CHANCE. I explained my husband had committed suicide and I was financially destitute. They still used every maneuver they could. The heat shield just rusted off his car and it’s been 2 days of insane responses from them. I need to know if he’s safe driving back to college!! They are asking if I want to trade car in??? And they told me he’s due for oil change??? xxx!! Angry, upset and frustrated don’t begin to explain how I feel. I’m done with them and I’m now researching who I can contact within Nissan Corporation, which will probably get me nowhere, and anyone anywhere to explain the horrible experience I am experiencing with them. More

I just bought a Nissan Pathfinder SL and everyone at the dealership was very helpful in responding to any questions and concerns that I had even when I visited them after my purchase. My sales representati dealership was very helpful in responding to any questions and concerns that I had even when I visited them after my purchase. My sales representatives, Jeidy Zayas and Ahmad Abualya, were not only very friendly but very knowledgeable and were able to explain to me and my wife anything we wanted to know about the vehicle's operation and more. Everyone we met with from start to finish was friendly and helpful. Simon Israelian, the Executive Manager, was especially helpful. He took the time to meet with me and my wife to educate us about the purchase and to make sure that we received a deal that we were pleased with. Simon even went out of his way to meet with me several days after the purchase to answer additional questions I had and to follow up with various things that he was helping us with in connection with the purchase of the Pathfinder. I would definitely recommend Nissan of Bay Shore to anyone looking for a fair price on a Nissan because they have definitely lived up to the motto they display on their staff shirts that says "No B.S." More

Avoid this place like the plague. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. I walked around the lot for an hour and sat at the salesman's desk for another hour. I asked the manager what the price was for a car in the showroom and he said "Why does that matter? Knowing the price won't help you".... Then the manager told me to test drive the car and I refused until I knew the price of the vehicle I was interested in. The next statement he made was classic. After he told me to test drive the car and I refused he said "Sir you really don't want to buy a car tonight if you don't want to test drive the car. You don't buy shoes unless you try them on don't you???'' I understand I am dealing with car dealers and most of their morals aren't proper but this can not be your sales pitch. This all happened in front of his peers, the secretary, and the other sales personnel. Honestly, is asking the price of the car not a good question? Anyway, I will not buy a Nissan due to the amount of disrespect these people have towards their customers. Stay away from this dealership at all cost. More

This place is one of the most helpful, welcoming car dealerships I've ever been in. Daniel assisted me in finding a car that was perfect for me. Went there to finalize my end of lease purchase. they refuse to give me a loan unless an extended warranty was purchased and all the time trying to pressure me into leasing another vehicle. Well after 3 hours and them holding my keys to avoid my just walking out. I end up finalizing the deal at a different location. Never ever doing business with them again More

I have been a customer for 15 years and will never return to this place again. They kept me for four and a half hours, and I felt like a hostage as they took my keys so I could sit there, and they can play to this place again. They kept me for four and a half hours, and I felt like a hostage as they took my keys so I could sit there, and they can play games with me. All I wanted to do was change my lease to purchase, and because they would not make money off me that way, they started to play their games. They had me test driving in cars and even SUV that cost a lot more money than I told them I wanted to spend. All I wanted to do was purchase the vehicle through them, but they made this process so complicated and made me wait four and a half hours. Then the Finance manager was such a bully and very nasty. He treated me like I was a piece of garbage because I was a woman, and he could not pull one over on me. I was never mistreated so severely in my entire life. Please stay away from this place!! You will be happy that you listened to me. You will waste your time. If you want a Nissan, which is a good car, go to a different place. Find another place!! I wish I never went here. It used to be nice when they were Atlantic, but ever since then, customer service quality has decreased, and they do not care how they treat you. More

They do not honor the 20 percent over book value on your trades. They do not honor sale prices. They try to sell you a vehicle you don’t want, that they say they have in stock. The complaints on this dealership is getting larger.This dealership does not believe in customer satisfaction or customer appreciation..This dealership will give you below market values for your trades. This dealership even tied to sell a 2020 and 2021 vehicle for 2022 prices in there show room.. More
