Sales and service were both wonderful. Sales was easy and smooth. After driving home with my new to me mini, the dreaded check engine light came on. Not a problem, the very next busine Sales was easy and smooth. After driving home with my new to me mini, the dreaded check engine light came on. Not a problem, the very next business day we brought it back up. They gave me a loner and fixed the problem. Problem turned out to be minor (sensor going bad) and not something they could have spotted in pre-sales check. The important part is that it was handled without any fuss or issue. Also this was on a 2016 so it was sold 'as-is' and they still took care of it. Great customer service. More
