the best lease/buy experience in my almost 70 yrs of life. Dani/sales mgr. was my first contact by phone. she could not have been more patient, thoughtful and inviting and after listening to my longwind life. Dani/sales mgr. was my first contact by phone. she could not have been more patient, thoughtful and inviting and after listening to my longwinded schpeel said she had the perfect motoring advisor/Lauren that would be a great fit for me! Lauren isn't perfect, she's WAAAY BEYOND PERRRRRRRRRRRRFECT!! she checks off every box not only to be a great professional, but also a really genuine lovely human: kind, smart, engaging, fun, funny, knowledgeable, sincere, natural, thoughtful, etc. etc.!!! i drove off the lot with my 4th masterpiece mini cooper s convertible and I'm obsessively in love with it. if you're in the market for a mini, bmw or whatever, you owe it to yourself to seriously check them out. i drove 1 1/2 each way and it was more than worth it. they make you feel incredibly comfortable and confident that they're going to do the best possible deal for you!! i'm already looking forward to 2029 for the next one!! thanks very much you guys, i'm thrilled we got to meet and look forward to the next go-round in 2029!!!! More

The sales manager tried to make things better. Reached out and offered to talk numbers. Each time I specified I wanted to talk OTD numbers, and I was very clear. I was led to believe each time that the 2x,xxx price being discussed was in fact OTD. I was sorely mistaken. Upon arrving there for an oil change for my current vehicle, I was handed papers for cars 30k and up. a more than 3k increase in some instances. And at no point was an offer made to make good on this situation. Those were the numbers. All I can say is that in the future you should consider making the customer happy even if the short term cost is a bit higher than expected, as now you lost someone who spent thousands in your service department, and will never buy a vehicle from you. More
