Shima made my first car purchase experience great! I came in late on a Saturday to test drive a car I had seen on the website. Shima helped me out, and I had some concerns about the financing/car and s I came in late on a Saturday to test drive a car I had seen on the website. Shima helped me out, and I had some concerns about the financing/car and she told me that she'd text me Sunday with answers. She kept her word and I went back on Sunday to look at the car again. I had barely slept all night, because I knew this was the car I wanted. It was scary for me, because this was my first time going to pick out my own car and finance it. She was never once pushy, and made me feel more calm and comfortable in my decision to move forward in the process. After we came to an agreement on the car, she sat with me at her desk and we made small talk until financing was ready for me. Daniel helped me get the financing set up. He wouldn't let me say no to the lifetime oil change, but I guess in the long run I will be happy to have it ha, and he was understanding that I wanted to keep my payments around a certain amount, and he made it happen. A couple days after I bought my car, I had to call to make a service appointment, per our agreement. Danielle was super nice and helpful on the phone, to get that set up. She called me back right away, and even text me to make confirmations. I never got to meet the manager as he just sat in his see through glass office looking bitter, but he helped get the agreement finalized as well. Overall, I would recommend purchasing a car here. They don't bombard you with phone calls, texts, or emails pressuring you to buy a car from them. I had visited many dealerships before I found my car, and the staff at BMW of Salem is one of the most friendliest and relaxed I encountered. I am happy doing business with them! More

Great Experience! My wife and I viewed some SUV’s on line and called BMW of Salem to schedule a test drive. When we arrived our sales consultant T.J. had the vehicles r My wife and I viewed some SUV’s on line and called BMW of Salem to schedule a test drive. When we arrived our sales consultant T.J. had the vehicles ready. We took them for a drive and drove the one we purchased twice to make sure it was the one we wanted. T.J. explained all the features of each vehicle as we drove. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. It was like going for a drive with a friend. When we decided on the one, TJ made the whole purchase process efficiently and effortlessly for us. His expertise and knowledge of the vehicles he sells is amazing. TJ and the rest of the staff at Salem BMW put the customer first. No pressure, product knowledge, courtesy and respect. This was truly a “Great Experience “. More
