Customer Service I've been generally pleased with customer service and dealing with any issues with my car. Pricing has been fair and deals honored. My 2nd car that ha I've been generally pleased with customer service and dealing with any issues with my car. Pricing has been fair and deals honored. My 2nd car that has maintanance via Central, and I will likely choose a Mazda for next vehicle. Only issue is that, as a single person with a job that has difficult hours, the option to have a loaner for longer repairs would be appreciated, especially since I'm choosing Central over other dealers and rentals are not accessible from Norwich. Circumstances make it tough to have time to wait or be without a car. While I was overall satisfied with Lease, I will choose different salesperson next time. More
