My overall experience with the dealership was excellent. My only complaint is with the cashier, Danielle. When she processed the down-payment in the amount of $6900 with my debit card, she apparently pro My only complaint is with the cashier, Danielle. When she processed the down-payment in the amount of $6900 with my debit card, she apparently processed it to an incorrect dealership account. She did void the transaction realizing the error. She then, initiated a second debit, for the same amount to the intended, correct dealership account. In doing so, my checking account was debited TWICE for $6900. The merchant void will take 5 to 7 business days with my bank for funds reversal. This is not a small charge and has seriously impacted my checking account. Please train your administrative employees thoroughly with all forms of payment, processing and handing! More

From the onset, upon arrival at the VW dealership I was greeted with open arms by Allyse. She was very welcoming, greeted me at the door. She was very accommodating and attentive to my needs. Both Colby Penfield (Manager) & Joe Luis( Sales) treated me with kindness, patience and humor!. Although I arrived late due to traffic, Both stayed late to make sure I had the best buying experience. They gave me the best approval . They were an absolute pleasure to deal with..Especially Colbey P. was very intelligent, informative and accommodating and no high pressure! From the first Inquiry to going in for a test drive (Thanks Joe!) and ultimately driving off w/my new Car!.. Kudos! to the Finance department . The process at Central Auto Group was painless and clearly developed for customer convenience. I truly felt like a valued customer. A very rare experience these days. I would highly recommend making your car purchase here!!!! More

I got a great deal back then so when I decided that it was time to trade it in, I knew where to go and who I wanted to see. This past weekend I went back to C.A.G. and met with Chris. He was as pleasant as the first day I met him and his sense of humor helps to lighten the process. He listened to my needs, guided me without pressure, and allowed me to make my own decision.
