To be totally honest, will I purchase another vehicle from them? No! I purchased a 2021 transit brand new, they sweetened me into getting a service warranty that was 5k more on top of the vehicle price! from them? No! Now every time go in for service or any mechanical issue I’m having this isn't covered at all! Bills are 350+! So what did I pay for? More

This mobile service to replace a dead battery has still not been resolved! The battery was physically been done, but the technology that should have been reactivativated but was not! The tech did not have not been resolved! The battery was physically been done, but the technology that should have been reactivativated but was not! The tech did not have is tool with him! He suggested that I find a local repair facility. This was not a completed service call. No one from Wayne Ackers Ford has even tried to finish this service for me. I am very disappointed! More

Wayner Akers excels in the service department. I've had to go there a few times and each time, I've been impressed with communication. Their advisors actually called many times to give me updates. Also so far, they've given me good approximate times as to when the car would be ready. More
