I am very satisfied with my advisor and mechanic that serviced my car. They both went above and beyond. What I am not happen with is the outcome that my car was six quarts low on oil and showed no sign serviced my car. They both went above and beyond. What I am not happen with is the outcome that my car was six quarts low on oil and showed no signs. I believe on my last oil change there were issues and I don’t believe enough oil was put in my car or the plug was not tight enough because to burn 6 quarts of oil from my last oils change is not acceptable to me. More

I got a flat tire Sunday night and brought the vehicle in around 10:45. I pulled up and waited about 10 minutes then went in. Didn’t know that no one comes to check you in anymore. She helped me purchase the tires months before. She said it would be 2 hours until they could even look at it. Fine,I know how all industries are with help these days. Took a shuttle home- driver was an even more fantastic employee. Received a call an hour later that I missed… called back and left a message. Received a call back from the sales department trying to buy my car. No thank you. 36,000 in over 4 yrs. Next call was from Danielle at 4pm. It can be plugged and they will proceed. 30 min later finished. Too long for a plug. Next time I definitely will go to quicker garage, but always have done EVERY service at Ford with all my vehicles. Wipers included. I would not be doing this review if my spare had been put back in the truck, but noooo I’ll have to get someone to take care of that, since I have arthritis. Soooo disappointed. More

Josue did an amazing job following up and getting all the necessary resources together. Was told when I arrived that it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change. Needless to say it was over 3 hrs. I did not have an appointment but that would not have mattered as a gentleman who had a 2 pm for an oil change. Needless to say it was over 3 hrs. I did not have an appointment but that would not have mattered as a gentleman who had a 2 pm appointment ( I came in right after him) had his car returned to him at the same time I did… so what good is an appointment. Since this dealership has been sold it has gone downhill. But at least they don’t try to up sell services and products. More

There are three people that are very important at Wayne acres and they deserve the acknowledgement/award. David lalla, Edriz that works in service department along with Danielle that works in service as we acres and they deserve the acknowledgement/award.
