I visited Ken Ganley at the very beginning of my search, before visiting other dealerships to weigh out my opti especially my sales guy Dan (Danilo). During my search elsewhere he stayed in touch, reaching out every so often to inquire on how my search was going and keep me updated on available (and soon to be available) RAV4’s. The part I appreciated the most was that he was not pushy at all, but rather understanding and patient. Dan played a huge part in my decision to come back to Ken Ganley and buy a Toyota. He made the entire car buying process a walk in the park, was very knowledgeable, and had my best interest in mind the entire time. Other dealerships made me feel like I was just another sale.
