NO RESPONSE. This is the mayor of Hollywood's location. If a consumer can be abused here and have it chalked off; what does that really speak to regarding the nature of the beast in So. Florida? Moreover? What does that say about leadership in our area? And I STILL have not received a lick of paperwork I asked for; which apparently is what they are standing on to okay this behavior. Were lawyers to get involved(assuming one would take the case), I wonder if a subpoena for the security footage would still be there to use? AND NO REGISTRATION .... YET!!! ****May 22, 2018*****UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THIS RATING I was contacted by Mitchell who seemed to be interested in making things right. However this only turned out to be smoke and mirrors, or an attempt. Even before I went to the location Mitch told me he'd cancelled the GAP that has been added to the loan. Even sent me an email with an attachment; silly me, I didn't look at it until I realized this was all for appearances. That is still on my loan and according to the bank, he couldn't remove out of he wanted to without another signature. After 3 trips down there for nothing, 1. being told they were giving me a replacement while they took care of my care of the cars issues; I was left standing in Enterprise Rental Car expected to pay $50 deposit with no forewarning. Of course I didn't have it, even if I had, I was told it was on them. This day I was late to work because of them and only ended up back in my car. We won't talk about the embarrassment or humiliation of having to stand there and wait with everything from my car until someone- I had to ask for-came and Took me back to my car. Mind you, I was adamant on the fact that I had to get to work in no unclear terms by a certain time. 2. I was talked into coming down on my day off, told they were ready for me to get there and wait ... Just wait. The place was very busy and I didn't even go out to take the car, as I had guessed Mondays were not a good day. KEEP IN MIND, I made these remarksand let Mitch know I didn't have the time to waste. 40+miles roundtrip and I'm home with my car, untouched. 3. FINALLY, they take the car I purchased on February 26, 2018 and keep it for a week. The worse things to be addressed? The leak in the roof, the gear shift that had fallen apart in my hand at a light, the one balding tire, and the front end/brakes I was concerned with. It shimmies at about 70mph and pulls hard to the left when breaking AND the brakes n rotors. After hitting them in traffic just 1 time in heavy traffic it felt like something was going to break. Metal on metal! This is tedious to even have to write!! OUTCOME: car still leaks, 1st time they gave it back it was full of roaches AGAIN, the breaks were untouched and I was told quote"I'm not putting anymore money into that car", by Mitchell. I won't go into all the details of time wasted, work interference, being made to deal with the very people I felt were responsible for this nor the fact that there were STILL roaches in my car, the plastic FOB replacement that only half works. I thought I'd get an actual Kia replacement. To boot, I'm on my 3rd paper plate because it was just admitted to me that they sold me the car with a lien on it. (Don't be shocked, apparently it happens all the time), just not ongoing for over 3 months. Kia the Corporation refuses to acknowledge any off these behaviors! Won't even put it in writing that it's not on them. Even after relating my mental and physical distress at the time of the purchase. I ' signed', something I was in no condition to fully read and despite my questions going unanswered and me being too off to really put the energy in necessary. Bottom line: everything save the gear shift seems to be a HUGE, HUGE waste of my time! Nite just money. Biggest regret was ever going there. I wanted a Kia for so long when I walked in there and was told they could actually put me in an EX with less than 50k miles was what I thought to be one of the most wonderful things and totally unexpected! Every day, every time it rains,(which makes the brake responses even worse), I had to fill my car with mouth xxxxx in hopes of keeping the bugs when it rains ... smh I feel stupid, taken advantage of, humiliated and all at my own expense for a car and experience, I thought was a blessing! It makes me ill, physically ill that I was such a fool! ***ORIGINAL*** Based on the BBB and other negative reviews, buying a used car is who they take advantage of the most regularly. This is the complaint I filed and so far have received no response. You may also be interested in knowing that they took $600 to register a vehicle I stated more than once was only a transfer. To date, my plate is still not registered and my car was purchased in early March. FILED WITH BBB: BBB COMPLAINT: I called the "bank" they talked us into using to find out that we were given a loan for $7500 on a car we agreed to pay $7k. We had decided to pay the loan of because it would negatively affect my close friend who was 'supposed' to be the co- signer but had been put on the loan as the primary, only later discovered when the bank AND Kia began sending everything in his name. He, being 71 and working on citizenship was unaware of this until I called and asked if he'd received anything because I had not. At which time, we decided it was more harmful to him than helpful to me as advised by Mr. Pena and Danilo. Upon making a 3-way call to get rid of the loan we discovered the deception. We had asked if there would be any penalty to pay the loan off and were told no. However, we had not been told of the additional amounts placed on the loan nor that the $500 cash had not been put toward the cost of the car. NO IDEA WHERE THAT WENT? I called. I called Kia Conduit Affairs and spoke to Craig who opened a case. Then called back to add something and spoke to Bill that it wasn't something they could deal with because it was a used car. However, this was after about an 8 minute hold after which he advised a Hollywood Kia sales manager was going to call me despite me getting frantic and stating I didn't wish to speak with them. So when they called while he was on the line I 3-wayed the conversation only to have the rep hang up and not hear them put me on the line with the same person, Robert Pena, that misrepresented the loan to begin with and whom proceeded to deny, yell, cuss and then hang up on me. So I'm fighting off a panic attack called Kia CA AGAIN spoke to Amanda who apologized and told me Bill was incorrect and my case was escalated. I emailed. I wrote reviews. NOTHING, NO RESPONSE Kia CORPORATE, Melissa Weber, passed the buck right back to the people that ripped us off. And my car, bought in early March? Still has a paper tag on it!!! Only because I made these calls did they issue a second one, thought that wasn't even legal. I had finally, FINALLY let go of all the things that were wrong with the car i.e dried up wipers, service sticker says not since December, a non - working fob, roaches in the car, a gear shift that came off in traffic, a locked gas cap with no key, sold to me knowing this! "I" had to PAY to replace along with wipers-the day after I left the place after over 8hrs of being told to wait, hassled & hustled apparently. Within a half hour of arriving Oh, don't forget the a leak in the roof too! Which based on the duct tape film, they knew about too . Danilo knew I was hypoglycemic, this is well before noon and we didn't leave until after dark. Had to order myself a delivery so I didn't pass out and was so freaking stressed I couldn't take more than 2 bites. Both Danile and Robert were witness to this as they put their sandwiches on the same order. I just realized that we were kept inn the waiting area while Robert did all the paperwork in his cubicle??? No one else was out there with us. They went into the cubicles WITH the agent. Danelo kept us outside and distracted??? Until now I hadn't thought about it. I knew there were shady dealers out there but I walked in there and said right to that SMILEY SOB's FACE I was there because I heard Hollywood Kia was a trustworthy dealership!!!! Somewhere along the line he and Mr. Pena upped the price on a loan we didn't want to begin with .... Almost a month later I've called 5 times about my tag alone and had my call returned 0 times!!! IF you have not ever purchased from a dealership DO NOT CHOOSE THIS AS YOUR FIRST ONE!!!! If you have ANY DISABILITIES- stress, PTSD, anxiety, diabetes ... Be prepared!!! DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE CAUGHT OFF GUARD!!! You WILL be taken advantage of! WALK AWAY .... AS I SADLY, DID NOT! The friendliness was a ruse! NOT ONE PERSON OFF AUTHORITY HAS CONTACTED ME ... YET!!! More

My 2nd car from them, so they gotta be good Staff is very helpful and eager to help. Service with Tevan is always a pleasure. I really love the Uber rides, that way I can get work done while my car gets serviced. Is there a way for people who own a premium Kia to get a pick up service? Come to my house and get the car when it's time for service so that I don't have to go out of the way to do it. I think Lincoln offers this program. The website is easy to use. Can't wait til construction in that area is over with. Love the upgrades to the building. Perfect location. Sometimes you guys can be a hard xxx when it comes to giving the customer what they want, but sometimes you guys cave in (MY WINDOW TINTS). I mean, who doesn't have a tinted car in FLORIDA?? The sun is a killer. Loving the '17 Cadenza! Is Joey the Finance Manager? That's who we worked with, he was great. Congrats to his new baby. More
