Felt rushed , sales rep did not disclose gap insurance on the purchase, instead I inquired what the $900 dollar charge was, and had to ask if it was optional, and then was pressured to purchase it. Car not the purchase, instead I inquired what the $900 dollar charge was, and had to ask if it was optional, and then was pressured to purchase it. Car not ready or inspected as promised on day of pick up. But no phone call to let me know it would be that late , because it needed a new battery. .. had to wait an hour and a half . Once finally got the car the key battery needed replacement . .Pleasant environment and staff but not sure I would come back if they can't make a phone call to tell me car wasn't ready or inspected. More

Everyone here is extremely helpful, friendly and laid back. Didn't feel pressured at all by anyone and felt they went above and beyond for me. evin Dunn has to be one of the kindest sales people I've back. Didn't feel pressured at all by anyone and felt they went above and beyond for me. evin Dunn has to be one of the kindest sales people I've ever met. I called him in slight frustration from trying to secure a vehicle from another dealership that I worked with in the past where I purchased 5 vehicles over the years.I went in to see him that day, and drove off with my new vehicle the following day. He gave me more towards the cost of the vehicle and more towards my trade than the other dealership, all without any pressure. I found everyone to be laid back, friendly and extremely helpful, specifically, Kevin, Danny and Savian. I will be referring others here and will be back in the spring to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. More
