The biggest problem I've had with service was having to wait in line to get my car into the garage, sometimes for a half hour or even more, even though I had an appointment and arrived on time. Mostly the service has been done well, but I did have a problem with an alignment job that was done improperly and I had to bring the car back and have them re-do it. More
