I have a lifetime warranty on my 2011 Jeep Liberty that I bought through Bettenhausen. I brought it in to the dealer in Orland Park 2 months ago and they put in new head gaskets. That took 3 weeks. The day I bought through Bettenhausen. I brought it in to the dealer in Orland Park 2 months ago and they put in new head gaskets. That took 3 weeks. The day I got it back they said I needed a new battery, so we brought it to our trusted mechanic and replaced it. Then the oil light went on so less than 24 hours later, we brought it back to the dealer, that took 3 or 4 days. The following day my check engine light went on and it would shake every time I came to a stop. Back to the dealer again! They're saying they don't know what's wrong with it - it's been two weeks and they still can't figure out why it's misfiring. So it's been over 2 months since I've had my Jeep. We've called Mopar (who holds the warranty), and the service department too many times to count. I'm so frustrated! Does anyone have any constructive advice? I feel I'm being discriminated against either for the warranty or because Im a senior citizen. More

I wish I could say the same as everyone else, but my experience at Bettenhausen was terrible, yesterday I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, I driven my truck into the dealership with a experience at Bettenhausen was terrible, yesterday I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, I driven my truck into the dealership with all my tire locks and left with only 3, the service intake person (Danny) claims that there was only 3 locks on my tires and that is untrue, once I asked if the mechanic misplaced the tire lock he stated no, the truck came in without it, he never inspect my vehicle to make sure all was there or not just stated that his workers would not lie nor steal, once I spoke with the service manager Mike, he stated that maybe the last dealership that rotated my tires never screwed the lock on tight and it fell off, he seen things like that happening and proceed to say I could purchase another set for $150.00, this was the worse experience I ever encountered at this dealership and will never return. More
