Bought a new car yesterday. The team was pretty good. I felt like I was put aside because there were a lot of people buying vehicles yesterday. Every one on the staff was extrem The team was pretty good. I felt like I was put aside because there were a lot of people buying vehicles yesterday. Every one on the staff was extremely kind and personable. I highly recommend Allen Turner Chevrolet. Honestly, if there were more staff here, the experience would have probably been better. It took us a total of 4.5 hours to purchase the vehicle. They were limited on how fast they could go due to only having one person working out the loan process. They thought of everything. our kids were getting hungry and they had some donuts. Then our kids were getting bored and they had coloring books and crayons. Thankfully... I think the kids would have been destructive otherwise. But, I ended up settling on the 4 stars out of 5 because although they closed the deal and were kind, I didn't like how long I was left to alone in the office without any updates on what was going on. More
