Everyone was very helpful and concerned, not just a few, they asked if I was ok while I was waiting. Usually people just smile and walk bye but not these reps, I loved the experience of feeling comfortable, they asked if I was ok while I was waiting. Not pleased with the amount of time it took to replace a windshield (2 days) I was not contacted once it was done either. I showed up to check on why it was taking 2 days and was then informed “oh it’s done windshield (2 days) I was not contacted once it was done either. I showed up to check on why it was taking 2 days and was then informed “oh it’s done” meantime I was place in a vehicle that smelt like an ashtray. Danny did offer to trade it out however I was not expecting it to take 2 days or I would have!! They “washed” my car and returned it to me with smear marks all over the windshield and debris from where they replaced my windshield that had a recall. All of this took place a couple days after I purchased the vehicle. Danny is awesome though and has been great to work with! He even came to my place of work and installed my floor mats More
