Toothman Ford made it happen. I already knew what I wanted and they had it on the lot. It had a few extra features I didn't need but had everything I was looking for. I was very pleased with my salesman and his attitude was very professional. I also got there late in evening and we had to figure out the financing. Took a few minutes to get the rate I was looking for but they made it happen. The first offer on the truck price was right in line with what I was expecting. They gave me more for my trade than previously offered at another dealer. I felt the offer received was fair and so far I'm very pleased with my truck. My salesman Danny also washed it before I left since the detailers had already left for the day. I was the last customer to leave that night and held a few over that day. All and all it worked out and I drove a very nice washed truck off the lot with a full tank of gas. Thanks to all the staff involved in the deal. More

Great experience! Although it seemed like I was passed off to a few different salesmen (which rubbed me the wrong way as if I wasn't being taken seriously) I ultimately Although it seemed like I was passed off to a few different salesmen (which rubbed me the wrong way as if I wasn't being taken seriously) I ultimately ended up buying my 2013 Jeep Patriot from Danny Leach, who was very easy to work with. It had been 10+ years since I bought a car through a dealership and he was patient and helpful through all of my many questions. He suggested a nice place to go have lunch near by while he finished up the paperwork. While we were out Danny called and told me that I was unable to get approved for a loan through my own bank because they would not allow my tips (the majority of my income) to be considered when reviewing my loan application, but before we made it back from lunch Danny had already found another local bank who approved my loan and still had a great loan rate! The service department was more than willing to look into any mechanical questions or concerns we had and before I took my new jeep home they checked tire pressure, detailed the car and gave it both a fresh oil change and inspection sticker as well. About a month or so after buying the car they even mailed me the spare key the previous owner had dropped off. I would definitely recommend to anyone and I would shop there again! More
