We understand how frustrating it can be to take time off for a service visit that cannot be completed as planned. Our team works to identify parts based on VINs, but occasionally availability changes or additional verification is needed before the part can be installed. We appreciate your suggestion and will review our process to see how we can better notify customers in advance.
