I’ve been using the service center at Hyundai of Saint Augustine for over 15 years. They are always very professional and it’s nice to see that they’re in a brand new building. Danny is my service advisor Augustine for over 15 years. They are always very professional and it’s nice to see that they’re in a brand new building. Danny is my service advisor and he is always on top of everything that needs to be done to the car. Also, whenever I come in for service my sales associate Randy make sure to come out and greet me I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new car Terrific value for the money. More

The service center provides excellent customer service, but I wish time management could be improved. they did not wash the car after a tire change , and saw a large 8inch by 12 inch paint peel and did not say anything to me about it, i had to call the service dept back out and show it to him , He took pictu large 8inch by 12 inch paint peel and did not say anything to me about it, i had to call the service dept back out and show it to him , He took pictures of the pealing and said he would get back to me and never did. they will not cover the cost of repainting but as on facebook this problem is with white cars from 2015 to 2023 bad paint jobs and peeling paint I went to corp it took over a month and said they would not do anything to help, 1000s of cars have the same proplem some they take care of many they dont. More
