After picking up my car on 7/9/21 I had to immediately return it due to to shaking and computer failure. The car died when the service associate went to test drive it. I had already paid $450 dollars to r return it due to to shaking and computer failure. The car died when the service associate went to test drive it. I had already paid $450 dollars to repair a solenoid and $300 was in service charges to end up with more issues than I started with. Along with that I was called to see how I was doing because they didn't even know the car had been returned. I was told I would be updated on Saturday, however, when I called I was told the service department was closed and they did not know the status of my vehicle. I have had to missed many days of work because of this, have been without a car for a week I am out hundreds of dollars, and could have been seriously injured when the supposedly fixed car misfired in the intersection when I was bringing it back. This is by far the worst service I have ever received and will be reporting this issue to the corporate office. More

I got a second opinion on my car issue and we found out the car NEEDED NOTHING. Nissan said we needed new breaks and a new radiator grille shutter. It turned out that wasn't the case. Everything was good but the pricing was a little high. Service was knowledgeable and was able to find and fix additional issues I had. Waiting room was clean and everyone followed mask protocols.
