I went in to just look around at possibly buying a new vehicle, but was not sure I I want to thank Danny and all the staff at Certified Benz & Beemer. I went in to just look around at possibly buying a new vehicle, but was not sure I was going to make a purchase. Danny was very patient with me as a walked the lot and he informed me of the differences between the various vehicles. Let me say that CBB has some great cars on the lot and a ton of inventory. I came to Certified Benz & Beemer and was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. It was a long process but any time you buy a car it's a long process so I didn't mind. I also didn't mind because they approved me and put me in a beautiful car that I was not expecting I would get. They also answered the million questions I had about payments and how it all worked, they even did the registration process for me. The staff and manager were very friendly, not like most dealerships where they make you sit alone for hours. Danny and the rest of the staff at Certified Benz & Beemer make it a point to be sociable and that's what made my overall experience with them excellent! More

My experience at Certified Benz and Beemer in Scottsdale, Arizona changed all of that. The experience was exceptional. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Danny Quintana, the sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. His no pressure sales approach was much appreciated. When I did have questions Danny was unable to answer, the sales manager, Peter Williams, was very accommodating. The finance manager, Dustin Johnson, made what is most often a very stressful experience, signing all of the documents, very easy. He thoroughly explained every document and took the time to make sure I completely understood everything. The overall atmosphere of the dealership was low key, comfortable, and pristine with extremely nice amenities. It is without reservation that I recommend you consider Certified Benz and Beemer when you are purchasing your next luxury pre-owned car. More
