Once again, Jack and his crew come through for me and my family! Certified Benz and Beemer is the easiest dealership in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area to work with in all of my years of buying cars...and truc family! You may think this is a set up due to my previous and very recent review for these guys, but it's not! I have, in fact, gone back to the same place to buy a second car...which in my experience is never the case. I usually have magnetic signs made for my newly purchased vehicle warning people about the dealership that just took advantage of me...not kidding! Danny Quintana is, until proven otherwise, the most honest, up front and frank person, friend and dealer in the business. He told me "if you can get it cheaper over there, then go, my friend"! But when nothing else worked out, he sat me down and just talked with me about what I wanted to pay and what I really needed in a vehicle. Without hesitation, he showed me 2 luxury vehicles that he thought I would be interested in. The gorgeous Lexus GX470 is now sitting in my drive way. Certified Benz and Beemer is a joy, no kidding, a joy to work with. If you are honest and up front with what you want, they will be the same with you and what they can provide. I cannot speak for every sales person there, but Danny, I have your back! I cannot end this review without giving accolade to Maurice in the service department! We made an appointment for my husband's car for routine maintenance and a door handle issue based on the fact that they would have a loaner vehicle for me. Maurice made sure there was a car waiting for me and my 3 kids when I showed up in the pouring rain...it was a smooth and painless transaction! We are excited to get our 7 series back with everything fixed and clean, as they also wash and detail the car with every service (for free)! Bonus!! Purchasing a car of any status is usually number one on anyone's list of things they hate to do. Not for us. My husband doesn't even mind going in to sign papers since he knows nothing is going to be a surprise! In my experience, I have never had any hidden charges and the numbers are exactly the same as what we talked about. I hope this helps you in this crazy world in this crazy business. We were able to research cars we were interested in seeing on the web site ahead of time, view photos, info and pricing, which was very helpful and made our visit more efficient. I had called the weekend before our visit to confirm hours of operation and spoke with Alex who gave me his contact info and offered to email me information ahead of time. We came in the following weekend and asked for Alex who was helping another customer so he introduced us to Danny. Our first impression of the dealership was how clean and big it was, with three floors of cars. Danny was able to show us the three cars we were interested in seeing and we then found a fourth that we were actually interested in test driving. He went with us for a drive and we were able to ask a lot of questions about the car and the pricing. Danny answered all of our questions and was very helpful. When we got back, Alex also checked on us to see how our test drive went and what we thought of the cars we had looked at. Danny took us to revisit one of the cars we had earlier considered but we decided we liked the one we tested the best. We then went to his office where he went over all of the paper work with us, told us all about the history of the dealership, talked with us about maintenance and service options there, and then took us over to Aaron for paperwork and payment. We did not want to finance the car but to pay for it in cash. Since it was a Sunday and late I the day, we were worried we wouldn't be able to make proper arrangements to pay for the car, but they agreed to just let us put down a deposit on our credit card take the car with us! We were to return with the car the next day to complete the purchase and have a few scratches buffed out. While we were in with Aaron, Danny took the car, put some gas in it since it was almost empty, washed it and cleaned some scuffs on the inside for us, got us the owners manual and the second key, and had everything ready for us when we walked out. Alex and Danny both told us about and encouraged us to complete this review. The next day, I called to schedule a time to come in for buffing out the scratch and dropping off the cashiers check, and the service department was full that day, but when I called back and spoke to Danny he was able to work us in so we could get the scratches buffed when I came in and avoid having to make two trips, which was nice. Aaron finished up the payment paperwork very quickly, and I was able to relax in the lounge area while they took a lot of care getting the scratches buffed out perfectly. We were very happy with our experience - we didn't feel pressured or stressed like you often feel when you go to buy a car. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from this team, and would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a pleasant, friendly, hassle-free experience. We plan on bringing our car to them for all future service as well. More

Also, when I ever have a question he doesn't hesitate to fix the problems or problem or answer any questions. He is very honest and genuine about his work and customers. It is always a pleasure to see him and talk to him. He helped me find my Nissan 350z automatic and he did not once pressure or try to stray me away from the lot or look at another option. He took the challenge and got me my dream car. I can say I see my self being a life long customer of Danny, he is currently helping my boyfriend find his dream car. I highly recommend Danny aka Daniel. You can never go wrong with his service. More
