He provided a video with explainations of operation; pictures and a copy of carfax before they were available on website. He continued very professional, even after the pricing info became available and I advised that we wouldn't continue. When we purchased the car; he had it prepped and showed running car and demonstrated functions before the test drive. Cole is a very positive, friendly, a excel listener, and responsive. He did not "oversell" or make me uncomfortable at any time. Danny, Sales Manager, was so helpful in followup and response.
