I just bought 3 vehicles a little over a year ago estimated amount for all three is $300,000. We love Tracy she does a great job getting us into what we n ed and want. Unfortunately where you guys fail is in the service department. Lots of talk and no follow through. This last visit I called to make an appointment for an oil change knowing we were leaving out of town over the weekend. I let them know I needed a rental car cause I have 5 businesses and would need to be able to move between them. They said we will need to do it on Friday cause that’s when a rental would be available. So I scheduled for Friday and so when I went to drop off and get the loaner car they had no car for me. I said the whole reason I waited until Friday is because you would have a loaner he went spoke with his supervisor and basically I was xxxx out of luck and mind you I had no choice but to wait cause I was leaving out of town. So my business suffered cause of promises you couldn’t fulfill. This is just 1 example with 1 of the vehicles I have other negative examples from the other 2 vehicles I purchased within this last year. To me service is more important than the sale of the vehicle cause I will deal with service forever. So I will be buying my vehicles from a different dealership that has better service than what you can provide. More
