This is the best Nissan dealership by far. Their service department is super friendly. They have two managers on sit at their service department so if you have any issues one of them will glad Their service department is super friendly. Their team is so helpful. They have a new thing where they send you videos of the inspection they do on your car. It’s comforting knowing that they let you see what it is they are recommending instead of just trying to shove a service down for the money. Great work Nissan of Tustin. More

I came in because I had a half off coupon for an oil change. The message did say 30 days after it was sent and it was 30 days exactly they still honored it. I really appreciate him taking the time to go over everything carefully. I’m a little older so it really mean a lot when they take their time. I’ve had so many bad experiences that I started going to jiffy lube for my o experience. I have been to many Nissans and this is by far the best one! I’ve had so many bad experiences that I started going to jiffy lube for my oil changes but I came back to Tustin nissan for a recall and I will be coming back for all of my services. This team was very courteous and super professional. The wait time was short and my advisor was so helpful when I asked him questions. They also sent me an inspection video which is something new that I’ve never seen. It was an amazing experience and I will be coming back. More

I was a little hesitant to come back because I had a bad experience in 2021 but I’m glad I gave them another chance. This team is amazing and they really do take care of their customers.
