He has shown extreme patience and professionalism whether he's dealing with young, new drivers picking out their first car or me who couldn't decide on a color. He patiently let me test drive multiple vehicles to make sure I was comfortable with the ride and features. There have never been any heavy handed tactics and we never felt pressured into making a decision. I highly recommend him to anyone considering purchasing a Hyundai. Likewise, the managers Paul and Lee were also very pleasant to work with. Friendly, professional and not heavy handy. More
