Amazing Customer Support! I went to Jake Sweeney today and my salesman was Dante Goetz. He really worked with me to find a suv suitable for my budget and our needs. I felt like I went to Jake Sweeney today and my salesman was Dante Goetz. He really worked with me to find a suv suitable for my budget and our needs. I felt like he was not a typical salesman trying to pressure you into something you don't want or need. He was great at helping me with every step of the way. I would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a different car. Honestly i don't trust a lot of salesman but he was different. He is very personable and very helpful. Can't say enough amazing things about my experience with him.!!!!! More

The best dealership and sales men I have ever had. Dante was a very polite sales men, not pushy at all. Treated me as if he had known me all his life. Always has a big smile for everyone. Then he showed me, a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu. This just about knocked me off my feet. I fell in love with this car and Dante worked very hard to see that this car was mine. I am so proud of my Malibu. Above & Beyond I went to Jake Sweeney to look specifically at a new Kia Soul. I arrived with financing already in hand and a max price. Dante Goetz went above and I went to Jake Sweeney to look specifically at a new Kia Soul. I arrived with financing already in hand and a max price. Dante Goetz went above and beyond to get me the exact car I wanted. Numbers were crunched multiple times until we were all happy. He was never pushy and never aggravated with having to go back to the boss multiple times. I have recommended Dante to many friends already and will definitely continue to do so. I just want to say thank you to the workers at Jake Sweeney Kia in Florence especially Dante Goetz. I have been car shopping quite a few times and everyone always seemed to be pushy, rushing, and just not necessarily concerned with exactly what I wanted or needed. Dante was different, he was more laid back. He let me take my time, I did not feel pressured. Overall it was just great service! I was relaxed and able to find a car that was best fitting for me. So again thank you Dante for my 2012 Volkswagon Jetta. I will be coming back to you when I ever need to go car shopping again and I will most definately recommend you to my friends! More
