He said "we" were going to go with a certain bank, but the rate was much higher than what I expected. It took awhile but he did end up getting my expected rate. That was great, because there is no "we" when making the payments! Also, he was unhappy because I wanted to think about the warranties and call back when I wanted to order. He was rude and manipulative. In hindsight, I should've walked out, but I am happy with my car and Dante was so great I would have felt terrible leaving him without a sale. I still haven't called back about the warranty because I'm afraid I'll have to talk to Jordan. More

Exceedingly pleased with Byers Volvo! Having been greeted by Dante, we discovered very reasonable lease rates for an XC90 and with the features and colors my wife and I were looking for. Having been greeted by Dante, we discovered very reasonable lease rates for an XC90 and with the features and colors my wife and I were looking for. Within about 2 hours of initial interaction with Dante, he had us in our new XC90 and headed home! The story doesn't end there, as special shout-outs are deserved for both Dante and Manager Mark- so happened that in the process of driving home I discovered vibrations from a rare tire defect from the factory. Between Dante and Mark they had the XC90 brought back for inspection next-day, tires replaced/balanced, and vehicle returned within just 24 hours! In summary, absolutely incredible commitment to the customer at Byers Volvo. I highly recommend them for the easiest, most-customer centric car buying/leasing experience in town. More

Dante Sino was our salesman. He was great! It was quite a drive for us, almost 2 hours away, and Dante went above and beyond by doing a FaceTime with us to show us the vehicle we He was great! Highly recommend Dante! Financing took over two hours to get to us and we were already approved, we just needed to sign the paperwork, however; it was on a Sunday and I believe he was the only finance guy there.
