Davis was on top of his gamekeeping me informed about my truck. Issue was resolved in 1 visit. Others such as Daphne assisted as needed.Connor and Logan in the parts department have been great in helping m truck. Issue was resolved in 1 visit. Daphne was an excellent service advisor, communication was timely and honest. I would criticize the service process experience, as the length of time to even look at my vehicle was 5 hours after appointme was timely and honest. I would criticize the service process experience, as the length of time to even look at my vehicle was 5 hours after appointment time. Parts weren't ordered until next day, delivery of parts took 1.5 days, coming from Carrollton. A steering part replacement took 4 days, meanwhile no rental car offered for keeping the $120k truck I purchased at the same dealership. Offering multiple appointment times (I chose 7am) if it will likely take multiple days seems pointless. Just say you're resource constrained, the repairs or maintenance will take a couple of days, and offer a rental for the inconvenience. I trust the work, but no longer trust the time they will keep my vehicles. More
