Parts weren't ordered until next day, delivery of parts took 1.5 days, coming from Carrollton. A steering part replacement took 4 days, meanwhile no rental car offered for keeping the $120k truck I purchased at the same dealership. Offering multiple appointment times (I chose 7am) if it will likely take multiple days seems pointless. Just say you're resource constrained, the repairs or maintenance will take a couple of days, and offer a rental for the inconvenience. I trust the work, but no longer trust the time they will keep my vehicles.
