Darcy and Karl were great to work with. Had a service call for a Tire issue and dealt with Ryan, he was very helpful and diligent with the Warranty coverage company to get the issue resolv Had a service call for a Tire issue and dealt with Ryan, he was very helpful and diligent with the Warranty coverage company to get the issue resolved. . Was disappointed in the Finance offerings. Due to timing, I let the Finance department find the "best" option. I had three financial institutions of preference, and was told that the dealer did not participate with any of those. Got placed with a bank at a higher rate. Will be handling a refi on my own. As well, the warranty offerings for a used vehicle with less than 15K miles were off from other car brand dealers. More
