Right rear tail light had a short and needed replacing right away, 1 week after purchase an antifreeze line busted open and cost me $100 to fix (minus labor), a week after that the check engine light came on (EGR valve, another $100! minus labor), not to mention the rear wiper stopped touching the middle of the window 😡! I could not pass emissions until the EGR valve was fixed. Not an honest salesman! Who sells a vehicle that can't even pass emissions?! In addition to that, the owners manual and floor mats were missing. The dealership did a hard credit inquiry even though I PAID CASH and it lowered my credit score by 2 points. Even after mentioning this van would be used to transport my disabled, wheelchair-bound daughter, he still swindled me! After I decided to make the purchase he made me wait over an hour for it to be "detail cleaned"....not sure what they did other than spray leather conditioner all over and made everything greasy and nasty! I had to detail clean the whole thing myself. What a crooked salesman, I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. More
