Especially from Darek Smorz in the Sales Department, he continually kept us informed of the progress of our ordered 2023 Honda Crv-Ex-L almost daily for 6 weeks, and continually responded to my repeated requests on the other cars available. He also took time to show me all the features of the Crv when I went to pick up our new 2023 Honda Crv-Ex-L. I also want to thank C. Akira Shibata, the used car manager for all the time he spent in evaluating the trade in of our 2017 Honda Crv-Ex-L, which required almost $2,500 for the air conditioner compressor repair and approximately $2,000.00 in 46,000 miles maintenance. Akira evaluation made us realize it was better to trade in our 2017 Honda Crv-Ex-l for a new Honda Crv-Ex-L at a very good price. More importantly he gave us a 2022 Honda Accord Sport loaner car to use until our car arrived. This offer was crucial in our purchase of the new 2023 Honda Crv-Ex-L. My wife used the car for 6 weeks. I drove the car from the dealership and back to the dealership. It is the best riding car I have ever driven. I also want to thank CJ Nemec Service Consultant who at my request inspected our 2017 Honda CRV-Ex-L twice to confirm that the $4,500.00 in repairs were needed. The second inspection started me to think about trading in that vehicle and putting the money towards a new 2023 Honda Crv-Ex-L. I also want to thank Jay, Mike, and one other individual at the Service Desk for explaining all the requirements for the loaner car and answering all my questions. Finally, I want to thank Jarvis D Jones Sr. the business manager for explaining the different Honda warranties available and for developing a 5-year or 75,000-mile warranty that is equal to and less expensive than car warranties offered by other companies. This is our second purchase from McGrath Honda of St. Charles in addition to taking my 2009 Honda LX for maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend McGrath Honda of St. Charles for any new purchase or maintenance. Once again terrific customer service at every level: service or the purchase of a new vehicle. My experience at McGrath Honda St Charles was nothing short of great. After having visited other dealerships in search of a vehicle and dealing with pushy sales people and managers, trying to push things short of great. After having visited other dealerships in search of a vehicle and dealing with pushy sales people and managers, trying to push things and vehicles on me that I didn’t need or want, the customer service here was outstanding. Darek was patient, understanding and worked with us every step of the way. Fernando in finance was quick, honest and very knowledgeable. Patiently explained anything I had questions about.
