Unprofessional and messy at best.
This dealer will sell you a used car with more problems than they let on and try and pressure you to pay 5 thousand dollars for an extended warranty.
This dealer will sell you a used car with more problems than they let on and try and pressure you to pay 5 thousand dollars for an extended warranty. They refuse to fix anything on the car even if it comes up as broken 2 weeks after purchase, well within 30 days. I say find a different dealership that actually cares about what they sell and have far more pride in their product and job.

Hi, we’ve been emailing back and forth already. While you’ve been able to help with some of my frustrations, we cannot deny that I was sold a car with less than 3mm brake pads and that your financial guy gave me lots of attitude for not wanting your $5,000 warranty. I explained I didn’t want the warranty due to the outrageous price and that my family can do lots of the repairs. He proceeded to ask me if “my family knows how to repair electronic car parts” mentioning that my old 2006 is way far off from the 2019 I purchased. He said even some of your mechanics have the warranty because they don’t know how to fix it. If that’s true, you should hire some new mechanics. Why would I want to bring my car to your mechanics who can’t fix it? I was also never shown the inspection checklist and never signed an “as is” clause. Clearly the inspection was done incorrectly and I am suffering the consequences when I did nothing and was misinformed. Thank you for your correspondence and efforts, however, I remain frustrated.

Period. Went to look at new cars. Wanted to stick with the same sales person from beginning to end, but was tossed around from one to the other like
Period. Went to look at new cars. Wanted to stick with the same sales person from beginning to end, but was tossed around from one to the other like rotting meat. I even told them I would like to buy in cash and was ready to buy. Didn't seem to make any difference. Had appointments with sales person, who never showed up. The last time I was there (The place was not busy at all) The sales girl went to check with management on something, never came back, sent a different sales guy to help me out. Gave me some xx excuse why she could not return. I would't spend a dime there and will not ever go back. Still without a car, but will find one elsewhere.
