Purchased a certified used hyundai end of January. Two certified letters and several emails with no response requesting CUV warranty information, a copy of the 173 point inspection, Carfax, and blue Two certified letters and several emails with no response requesting CUV warranty information, a copy of the 173 point inspection, Carfax, and blue link enrollment information. All should have been provided at time of purchase. Their major push was to get me to buy an additional warranty that I didn't need for several thousand dollars. Once you make the purchase and leave the dealership, they will not respond to any requests. Next step is to make a special trip to the dealership. More

Morries 394 offered very competitive pricing on the exact vehicle, model and color combination ( exterior & interior) requested.. They never tried to push an alternative vehicle satisfying their needs over vehicle, model and color combination ( exterior & interior) requested.. They never tried to push an alternative vehicle satisfying their needs over my request. Closing went very smoothly by answering numerous questions up front . Upon delivery of the vehicle a complete review of all new technology was explained and reviewed. My sales person has called me several times since purchase to answer any new technology questions and confirm that I’m still happy with my purchase..!! More
