Sales manager promised 90 day drivetrain warrantee on used jeep. Never delivered. Finance guy made error in paperwork and charged us $250 more than approved price. He requested to me that instead of redo used jeep. Never delivered. Finance guy made error in paperwork and charged us $250 more than approved price. He requested to me that instead of redoing the paperwork he would send me a check for $250. I agreed and no check ever came. Misreprested price, warrantee, and no follow-up or return calls. We reached out to GM and no response. More

The sales manager promised a 90day drive train warrantee for a used jeep purchase then never delivered it. Still outstanding and dealership not responding. Additionally, the finance person Devon or similar for a used jeep purchase then never delivered it. Still outstanding and dealership not responding. Additionally, the finance person Devon or similar made an error on the paperwork and said he would issue us a check to cover difference for his error so the paperwork did not need to be corrected. Check never received and finance office avoiding calls. It’s poor customer service, deceitful and poor business practice to encourage staff to treat buyers in this manner. There needs to be consequences More
