The sales manager promised a 90day drive train warrantee for a used jeep purchase then never delivered it. Still outstanding and dealership not responding. Additionally, the finance person Devon or similar for a used jeep purchase then never delivered it. Still outstanding and dealership not responding. Check never received and finance office avoiding calls. It’s poor customer service, deceitful and poor business practice to encourage staff to treat buyers in this manner.
