Sales Department is Great But Service is Azing We have bout 6 cars from Village Toyota. They are fair priced and easy to deal with. But their service department is the best. We travel an hour each We have bout 6 cars from Village Toyota. They are fair priced and easy to deal with. But their service department is the best. We travel an hour each way to have our cars serviced. And David Becwar is the guy who makes our experience a great one. He is the Service Rep that we deal with at each visit. David goes out of his way to make our experiences painless. More

Amazing service I wanna say thank you to Darien for helping my mom and I pick out my car. He was very cooperative, helpful and super nice. We definitely didn’t make it easy on him but he took care of us and helped us every way he could. The managers were really nice there as well, everyone was very understanding and helpful throughout the whole process and now I’m a proud owner of a 2007 Toyota Camry and I couldn’t be more grateful so thank you everyone for all the help I received! More

Loving Camary😍 Village Toyota has serviced all of my Toyotas. I have owned five. They have always provided excellent service at reasonable prices. The 2019 Camary is the first new car I have bought at the dealership. The sales department delivers the same exemplary customer service as the service department. Our salesman Darian was the best. He was so patient with us, especially when it came to explaining the new technology in the car. Very professional More

Service reps fine - dealer acknowledgements not too great Find the service representatives courtesy and as helpful as they are permitted - service techs polite but a little sloppy - dealer does not hold to th Find the service representatives courtesy and as helpful as they are permitted - service techs polite but a little sloppy - dealer does not hold to their word when asked for a donation - disappointed in finance dept. - convinced me their financing was the way to go - Southeast Toyota Finance has nothing to do with Toyota Corp., and never receive billing statement until the 30th. 31st or 1st of each month -payment is due the 10th of each month - WILL NOT make payments electronically - currently looking to trade vehicle for a Suburu and will arrange my own financing - this financing situation has soured me with this dealership - that and promising to contribute to a fund raising event at our synagogue and never sending it - oh, and don't like coming home after an oil change and having excess leaking oil on my garage floor More
