I was finally quoted a % that I hesitantly agreed upon and then when it came to signing the papers - more than halfway thru I had to ask what the % was on the paperwork and it showed higher than what I agreed too. At this point - already 4 hours in I finished the last signature, but was not happy that I was blindsided with no explanation. This was my 3rd time buying from this dealership and my last time. I will not deal with people who pull a fast one on you at the very last minute. More

The dealership was very busy on this end of the month Labor Day weekend. Was able to get a great financial deal. Salesman was assertive, but not pushy, and advocated for a number I was comfortable with Labor Day weekend. Was able to get a great financial deal. Dealerships was clean, had moderate amount of snacks/drink options. Only negative was the wait time once we agreed to a financial number. Took at least an hour to get to the finance guy and then felt like it took almost 2 hours to get my brand new car detailed. Ended up not getting my fully set up with technology, as my salesperson was new and the tech guy who was going to help me got busy with another customer At the end of the day, I was happy with the price of my lease, which was the most important part. Overall experience has room for improvement. More
