The sales rep was absolutely amazing his name is Stefano and has been nothing but helpful. Why I gave this fair review is because of everyone else and things that happened after I left the dealership while and has been nothing but helpful. Why I gave this fair review is because of everyone else and things that happened after I left the dealership while there everyone was amazing from sales rep to finance officer who was Mr Steel going above and beyond the problems started when we were told our payment would be 90 days out when we signed and then when I was about to leave the dealership I wanted to make sure what date the payment was due then I was told it’s 45 days out I asked why the change when we were told 90 days at signing he said because he had to go with a different bank for financing we were not informed of this until at that moment the finance officer told me it was no problem we could call the bank in 3 days once the process was closed and we could tell them we were told 90 days and they would call him and he would have it approved and it would go back to 90 days like originally stated. I didn’t really understand but trusted the finance officer because he was great to use the entire time we were there. 3 days later I call the bank and try to do exactly like I was told and they said there is no way to do that I was shocked because that wasn’t what we were told would happen no problem called my sales rep and asked for the finance officers number and email so I could ask him I emailed him a week passed no response my sales rep calls to check in I tell him I haven't heard anything back i email him again while on the phone with the sales rep who gave me the contact info again just to make sure I got the right email. Still to this date no answer the finance officer text my husband needing our insurance card so my husband then asks him about the payment and my email he says he will talk to a manager about it.. it’s been 4 days now and no response so I text my sales rep who has been amazing this entire process he escalated it to a manager I received a call from the customer service manager Mrs Stacia who seemed to not have a clue on what the issue was and was very adamant that I was wrong and could not understand that I was more mad about being lied to than anything else gave no Resolution and I had to end the conversation by saying she clearly didn’t understand why I was was and we’re getting no where and hoped she had a great day I’m sure conversations are recorded and I have screenshots of the text and emails that were sent. I say Mrs Stacia had no clue on the situation because she I was put on hold for her to talk to Mr.Steel I’m sure and when she returned she tried to tell me he called and had a phone call conversation with me which was a lie because till this day I have never talked to him on the phone he hasn’t even responded to my emails or text my husband back. But some how she said she was told there was a conversation which never took place. I know it seems like I’m mad over a payment but I like to plan everything out and I Absolutely Despise being lied to as a Marine Corp Veteran both my husband and I and previously buying a vehicle from this same dealership previously I can not and will not stand for being lied to. I do not believe this review should go against Stefano in anyway because he has been nothing but amazing this entire time and tried his best to help out in every way. More

I inquired about a car on Auto Trader the night before. The next morning Brandon from Brandon Hyundai called me about the 2017 Chevy Cruze that I was inquiring about. I explained to him about my situation The next morning Brandon from Brandon Hyundai called me about the 2017 Chevy Cruze that I was inquiring about. I explained to him about my situation and my bad experience with Ferman Chevrolet the day before. When I arrived to Brandon Hyundai that day, I was greeted immediately and they got Brandon for me. We sat and talked about the car and then talked about pricing and came up with a fair cash out the door price that we all agreed on. We were originally told that it came with a warranty but after all the paperwork was signed that it does not come with the power train warranty because its over the mileage. It would have been nice if they could have given at least a 3 month warranty or even 30 days but it is what it is. I am still very happy with the purchase. More

Reggie Wood is truly amazing at what he does, and he’s an honest, forthcoming salesman, who is truly in the business of making customers smile from the moment they walk in, to their drive on the way out. His performance at the dealership reflects greatly upon Brandon Hyundai as a whole! The finance rep, Darien, is extremely friendly, and is great at encouraging customers to make decisions that benefit both parties equally alike, without having to pressure the customer at all. Everyone I came across at Brandon Hyundai, makes me comfortable enough to say that this has been my best dealer experience to date. When my time for a trade-in is due, I know ill be coming back to Brandon Hyundai! More
