We are so pleased with the personal service we received from Derek and Darin in purchasing our 2010 Ford Explorer from Long McArthur. Both men made us feel confident that we could put our questions and co from Derek and Darin in purchasing our 2010 Ford Explorer from Long McArthur. Both men made us feel confident that we could put our questions and concerns in their hands and they would help us make the best deal possible. And that is exactly what they did. They answered all our questions fully and even gave some advice on questions we did not think to ask. They were more than fair on our trade-in and their finance people did not try to push us into buying services and packages we did not want. Buying a car can be a stressful experience and you could come away wondering if you really made the best deal possible for your dollars. But that has not been our experience at Long McArthur. This is our second car buying experience with Derek and Darin and we have come away, both times, feeling confident and pleased with our decision and purchases. When we are in the market for a new vehicle, our first stop will be Long McArthur for a chat with Derek and Darin. More

My husband and I each had specific things we wanted in a vehicle. We had been working with another dealership and they could find a vehicle that included what my husband wanted, but not what I wanted in the price range we were willing to pay. I told my husband to call Darin, as I knew he was happy with his first experience buying from him. Literally within several hours, Darin called, saying he had a vehicle for us to look at. It was everything we both wanted and more. He gave us a great price and it was not hard to make the decision to buy. I too, am now a happy Darin Lee customer.
