Overall Excellence! After 3 different attempts on fixing same problem, I believe the mechanics have finally fixed the engine light on problem! Thanks Larry H. Miller! Personable and accommodating I went in for my first oil change on my 6 month old Jeep Grand Cherokee. I assumed the Express oil change lane would be what it says "express". As I I went in for my first oil change on my 6 month old Jeep Grand Cherokee. I assumed the Express oil change lane would be what it says "express". As I was not familiar with the typical wait time, I didn't know you should bring a book, pack a lunch and make new friends for the almost 2-hour wait. Now that I know, I will come prepared. The good news is Darin was amazing. When he walked in the waiting room, I stopped him to see how much longer (after a one hour wait). He was the same technician that had checked me in. He remembered my name and was very apologetic about the fact that a first oil change takes longer as they check many more items when they do the oil change. He was sorry he hadn't warned me. When my jeep was ready, he came to the waiting room personally to explain what they had done, brought me the invoice and said, no charge today. What??, this was synthetic oil and not cheap. I wish all dealerships cared about their customers and their customer's time as much as Darin showed me. I will be back. Thanks so much. More
