We arrived around 3 or 4 pm. left around 7 or 8 pm. lots of waiting. car was in a different lot. turned out to have a flat tire. needed cleaning. We drove for 1.5hrs in our 2010 Jeep Liberty to get there. on the web a 2010 jeep liberty sells for 5 to 8,000 dollars. we were offered $500 for the trade. The original numbers provided were 1,200 to 1,300 monthly payments. they were dropped to $850. not sure if the price of the jeep went up, or the interest rate on the loan went down, or the price of the qx80 went down. the bottom line was that we arrived at a monthly payment that was doable, buti have added these details to expand why i selected "poor" as m answer to the question below about the "final vehicle pricing". bottom line though, my wife was happy to walk away with a vehicle she had wanted for a very long time. sincerely, Kc husband More

I found a truck online for a decent price, only to find that they will attempt to tack on $5000 to certify the truck, $1800 for a tow hitch and overestimated the tax to pocket the difference at contract ti that they will attempt to tack on $5000 to certify the truck, $1800 for a tow hitch and overestimated the tax to pocket the difference at contract time. They also said I needed to provide a credit card when my salesman went to talk to the manager and then tried to hold it hostage when I refused to participate in their excess fees. I caught the manager in multiple "untruths" when he came to "close" the deal. The truck was missing a tow hitch (which was listed on the original window sticker) and they agreed to install one at a later date if I signed that day. They did honor that promise, but I didn't appreciate the games played during the buying process. More
