used Cars are driven by sales people for their leisure. Went to go look at cars twice - first time cars were filthy. Second times cars were filthy (one smelled like smoke) and there was an extra 500 mile Went to go look at cars twice - first time cars were filthy. Second times cars were filthy (one smelled like smoke) and there was an extra 500 miles on it than shown on line, bc that's how much the sales people drive them...and clearly don't clean them. Next car we were supposed to drive was "stolen off of lot" that morning and wasn't available even though I had a confirmed appt to drive that car which I made earlier that day. Cannot reach a sales person - they use a booking call center...went to dealership twice...got random sales person who didn't return my call. Tried to call general sales number and sales center wouldn't connect me with sales person either. Tried to reach Viktor...but sales center said it is such a high volume place that they can only set an appointment for him. Crazy, I would have bought a car as they had good stock of the exact color and model, but just cannot get in touch with someone and get a clean car to test drive. More

Dario didn’t know the features of the car he was showing me. I would ask questions and he would answer wrong. Just say “I don’t know” next time. Saw I had decent credit and attempted to add $20K to the list price of the car. Tried charging me $5K for “accessories” even though car didn’t have spare tire, spare key, or even floor mats. Nick, the “finance” guy ran SIX inquiries into my credit only to go with Chase Bank. Literally had to bring the car in the next day cuz the check engine light came on. OBD scanner showed over 150 error codes. Place is a scam. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE More
