I bought a car this past Sunday and Bobby Miller was our salesman. It was me and my fiancé, the car was for me and we needed to keep our payments under $400! He was so layed back yet still knew what I needed and he made us feel very relaxed and comfortable while he got me an amazing deal and an amazing car with payments I felt very comfortable with! I had to bring it back in today for a dent repair and I was in and out in 15 minutes and the service department gave the same great customer service! Space Coast Honda sold my husband and I a vehicle two weeks ago. Two weeks after paying the down payment, signing a contract with our APR and down payment documented, the finance department contacted us weeks ago. Two weeks after paying the down payment, signing a contract with our APR and down payment documented, the finance department contacted us requesting MORE money down and letting us know they would not be giving us the APR on our contract! They told us that they needed $1,500 more down and would be raising our FIXED interest rate. Buyer beware of the bait and switch method this dealership apparently pulls on its clients weeks after purchasing their vehicle! Very disappointed in the borderline illegal practices of this Honda dealership. More

12/18/22 Buying a car (from a dealership) is usually perceived as a dreaded experience. Brian Mulcahy (Product Specialist in Sales) instead, made buying a car a simple process. We, (gf & I) told him what model (used) drew us in & the price range we saw advertised online. He then educated us on the Honda CR-V (Compact Recreational Vehicle) , as well as Honda's quality assurances and why Honda's hold their value longer then it's competitors. We were out that day to test several different vehicles: Nissan, Ford, Honda & Buick. We had already test driven a Chevy and a Toyota. We weren't committed to any particular brand. Brian's enthusiasm and product knowledge really sold us on the Honda brand. Not only product knowledge about Honda, but about the above mentioned brands as well. All the above, before even being shown the vehicle we came in to see (which was in the process of being sold). He showed us the same year & model that was available, it was $9.00 more than the one we came to see. After the test ride we were sold, but we needed overnight to commit to the purchase. We researched the information Brian gave us regarding Honda's quality assurances and compared the CR-V to the other models we discussed with him. We bought the Honda the next day.
