Not like some of the other pushy This is an honest review. My wife and I purchased a new Murano 4-30-19. The whole experience was easy and painless. Not like some of the other pushy competitors. This was our first purchase with Cochran but I’m confident that our next purchase will go just as smooth but time will tell. We explained to Darius (our salesman) what we were looking for in our new car and he knew exactly where to take us from there. My wife fell in love with the Murano as soon as he pulled up in it. (I actually thought they were going to drive off together and I’d never see her again) Just kidding. From there we looked at the numbers and he was trying to get the best deal possible. As I sat there thinking to myself, here we go I’m going to have to haggle with this guy or tell my wife sorry but we need to see what else they have.....He slides a sheet over to me and says how does this look. It looked perfect and better than I expected. Brian was the manager I believe and let’s just say they got this deal right the first time. From there we went to finance and that was painless as well. This was definitely the best car buying experience ever! The only con in the whole process was having Darius go over everything about the car. I’m mechanically inclined and I know it’s all part of his job but Darius if you ever read this you lost me buddy! I zoned you out and really wasn’t paying attention. However my wife was, and it’s going to be her car anyhow. So if you really want to know how everything on the car works (and I mean EVERYTHING) talk to Darius. He really knows his stuff. So if your shopping for a new car stop in and see these guys. Even if it’s just a phone call, they might be able to answer your questions. Thanks Darius Singleton it’s was a pleasure. More

Awesome Experience I pretty much knew what I wanted and had a fair idea what price range I wanted to pay for the vehicle I wanted. I wasn't looking for a "steal" but at I pretty much knew what I wanted and had a fair idea what price range I wanted to pay for the vehicle I wanted. I wasn't looking for a "steal" but at the same time I wanted to make sure I got a "fair" deal. I started this transaction via the Web and handled most of my interactions with Darius via "text" and/or "email". Darius listened to what I was looking for, understood from the beginning I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and at NO TIME pressured me. To me that was AWESOME. Once I told Darius what I wanted, he pinpointed the Murano I was looking for and immediately started to work to get me into my price range. To be honest, we had the deal basically agreed upon via "text" and "email" within an hour or so. In my opinion, this type of interaction works for me but may not work for others. Buying a car is a BIG investment and decision with some feeling pressured and/or intimidated with the process. Doing the deal the way we did basically removes that pressure and intimidation and I truly appreciate the willingness from Darius to make a deal the way we did. Kudos to Darius and Kudos to Cochran Nissan. More

love my Rogue!! Its be 8 years since I last bought my other Rogue at Nissan. Sadly after 160,000 miles it finally told me it was tired. I knew I wanted another Rogue. Its be 8 years since I last bought my other Rogue at Nissan. Sadly after 160,000 miles it finally told me it was tired. I knew I wanted another Rogue. I was mentally prepared for the typical sales person to give me the typical sales pitch. Was so impressed how we were greeted, it was like walking into a friends house. Darius introduced himself and took the time to find out what our needs were and what situation we were in. We had planned to buy a great used car that he had on the lot. He took the time to show us everything the car had to offer. He treated the sale like we were buying a brand new one. We wanted to think about it and he showed us this great website that cocharn had to shop around and see what they had. He also linked us up so that I could text him with any questions. Mind you, we came very late in the day and it was a Saturday so they closed early. Darius patiently and enthusiastically stayed with us even after closing hours to make sure we got all our questions answered. we looked at the website and fell in love with a new 2019 rogue that night on the website!!! I texted Darius to let him know we may want to look at the new Rogue and used Rogue. He said great no problem!! Next day we came and decided on the new one. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle. Made the whole process exciting and fun!! Bought the car that night. When he said that he hasn't been selling cars for too long, I told him he was a natural at it and by the time I need my next Rogue I am sure he will be running the dealership!! Thank you all for the wonderful service those 2 days and making a very stressful event just totally fantastic!!Looking forward to many happy and successful years to come with your dealership,Darius and his team!
