The service manager Kevin does not provide service or is concerned with the customer. Today i was told that after having my vehicle since the 19th for recall service that was set to take 2 hours, that they concerned with the customer. I did get a new transmission, which is positive but only after pushing Nissan Corp. I had to put a new tire on loaner car I was given, only to be told too bad. I guess I should have treated the loaner with the same respect they gave me as a customer. All in all not having my vehicle for work cost me close to $1,000. I guess from the service managers perspective, they did everything right and I'm to blame for buying a new vehicle from them and having them service it. More

This was our first purchase with Cochran but I’m confident that our next purchase will go just as smooth but time will tell. We explained to Darius (our salesman) what we were looking for in our new car and he knew exactly where to take us from there. My wife fell in love with the Murano as soon as he pulled up in it. (I actually thought they were going to drive off together and I’d never see her again) Just kidding. From there we looked at the numbers and he was trying to get the best deal possible. As I sat there thinking to myself, here we go I’m going to have to haggle with this guy or tell my wife sorry but we need to see what else they have.....He slides a sheet over to me and says how does this look. It looked perfect and better than I expected. Brian was the manager I believe and let’s just say they got this deal right the first time. From there we went to finance and that was painless as well. This was definitely the best car buying experience ever! The only con in the whole process was having Darius go over everything about the car. I’m mechanically inclined and I know it’s all part of his job but Darius if you ever read this you lost me buddy! I zoned you out and really wasn’t paying attention. However my wife was, and it’s going to be her car anyhow. So if you really want to know how everything on the car works (and I mean EVERYTHING) talk to Darius. He really knows his stuff. So if your shopping for a new car stop in and see these guys. Even if it’s just a phone call, they might be able to answer your questions. Thanks Darius Singleton it’s was a pleasure. More
